Pause/restart subscription

Command description:

You can pause and restart your subscription at any time using this command. If you pause your subscription, you will be able to use CAD-Earth until the current period ends, and automatic recurring payments will be disabled. For example, if you have a yearly subscription with a recurring payment on August 2 of each year, and you pause your subscription, you can use CAD-Earth until August 2 of the current year, and your subscription will not be automatically renewed.

If your subscription is active and you use this command, the following messages will appear:

If you select Yes, the following message will appear showing your subscription end period date:

You can restart your subscription at any time, and recurring payments will be enabled. If the number of days between the restart date and the last charge date exceeds the subscription period, you will be asked to renew your subscription. For example, if you have a yearly subscription and your last payment date was August 2 of the previous year, if you restart your subscription after August 2 of the current year, you will be asked to renew your subscription.

If your subscription has been paused and you use this command, the following message will be shown:

If you select Yes, the following message will appear showing your subscription next charge date:

Tips:

•If you have a permanent license or are evaluating CAD-Earth, this command doesn't apply.

•If you restart your subscription after your last period ends, you will be asked to renew your subscription.

•When you renew your subscription, reactivation usually occurs in less than 24 hours, and the new recurring charge date will be the date of reactivation.

•You can restart your subscription at any time, even if you have canceled your billing account.
