Return Policy

Subscriptions purchased in our virtual store. You may request a return within the first 30 days from the date of the initial purchase or renewal. The amount of the return will be the cost of the subscription minus the amount proportional to the days of use of the software. 

Permanent licenses purchased in our virtual store. You can request a refund during the first 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.

After the first 30 days of the initial date of purchase or renewal of the subscription purchased in our virtual store, a refund can only be requested in the event that CAD-Earth has a problem that prevents its correct use and cannot be solved by our technical department in a timely manner.

Licenses purchased from an authorized dealer. You should contact your dealer and ask for their return policy.
